limited selection of the Pine Barn Inn's rooms for booking

*PLEASE NOTE:
The DEPOSIT policy for online reservations has recently changed.
The online booking agent now collects their commission directly
and immediately by charging the guarantee credit card for an
amount equal to their commission. This commission fee is
NOT REFUNDABLE. The Pine Barn Inn will deduct the amount of
the commission from the total amount due to the Pine Barn Inn for
each reservation.
Reservations made
online may only be canceled online, and only until two days
before arrival.
Note that, if you need to change the type of room reserved
online, you will have to cancel your original reservation online,
thus forfeiting the commission on the reservation, and make a new
separate reservation, incurring another commission.
Online Reservations
require an Advance Deposit from your valid credit card.
When the Pine Barn Inn receives your reservation we will charge
your CC for the remaining balance of one night's lodging .
This deposit is refundable until two days before arrival if you
cancel your reservation. See the above discussion
about the nonrefundable commission.
If you need a copy of
the Advance Deposit credit card receipt sent to you, please note
this in the Special Request section of the reservation!
