Selected Hotel Policies & Information

Smoking is not allowed on Pine Barn Inn property.
If you smoke in your room, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250 + tax.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms.

Cancellations are normally allowed without penalty until 6pm day of arrival. For some busier dates cancellations must be made earlier. If you do not need your reservation know that we appreciate early cancellations.

Reservations not booked directly with the Inn must be cancelled using the original booking channel. For maximum flexibility, book directly with the Inn.

Call 570.275.2071 to change or cancel your reservation.

Changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of this reservation are subject to availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change.


Retain your cancellation number as proof of cancellation to avoid a No Show charge.

Cancellations received after our cancellation time or No Shows are obligated to pay a fee equal to one night's lodging.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-out time is 11:00am. Check-in is normally after 3pm, however, once your room is available after 11am you are welcome to register and occupy that room. Earlier check-ins cannot be guaranteed without rental of the room for the previous night.

Late Checkouts:
Check-out time is 11:00am. For assistance arranging a later checkout, please contact our Front Desk directly. An extra charge may apply.

Restaurant Hours & Menus:
Our restaurant is open for dining and room service from 7a-10p Mon-Fri, 8a-10p on Sat, and 8a-8p on Sunday with a few holiday exceptions. Our tavern opens daily at 11a and will remain open for beverage service until 11pm Monday-Friday , 12am Saturday, and 9pm Sunday.
Restaurant menus and specials are available on our website daily.

Parking:
Free Parking is available to all Inn guests and Restaurant patrons.

Shuttle Service to/from Geisinger:
Available weekdays from 5:00am until 9:15pm from our front desk. Ask our staff to call for the shuttle.
